Frequently Asked Questions
For items we have in stock, the delivery time is normally 1–3 business days. If the product is a special order or shipped from an external warehouse, the delivery time may be slightly longer — the specific time is always shown on each product page. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our central warehouse in Gothenburg.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will help you with a replacement item or credit immediately.
Call us immediately at 031-707 20 00. If your order has not yet started being picked in the warehouse, we can often help you make changes.

Tingstad is represented in 14 cities across three countries. Our head office and central warehouse have been located in Gothenburg since the company was founded in 1959.
