The benefits of this climate-smart food packaging:
-The food packaging consists of pulp and is completely plastic-free. Thanks to new, innovative technology, the food form can be made completely plastic-free
-The raw material used in the food packaging is woodfiber that comes from Scandinavian and certified forest
-The food packaging is locally produced, manufactured in Stora Enso's factory in Hylte in Halland
-LCA analysis that has been carried out shows that PureFiber food packaging leaves 75% lower CO2 imprint than similar food forms
-This climate-smart food packaging has a very high recyclability when sorted at source as paper packaging
Associated lids are sold separately (see optional items) and are made from 50% recycled PET (R-PET).
The lid is transparent to expose the food in a nice and appealing way. The lids are designed so that the bowls can be stacked on top of each other in a stable way.
Recommended use
The food packaging is best suited for use in salads, poké bowls and other similar dishes. To prevent the mold from softening and to reduce the risk of leakage, it is not recommended that the food mold be used for fatty foods, liquid contents or foods that exceed 40 degrees. The product is certified approved for food contact for food up to 90 degrees. However, the recommended use for the food form to work optimally is 40 degrees.
